um, I was doing about 64-65 MPH in a 60 and some twat in a mobile camera van was sat in the layby. I didn't see a flash

Was wondering how much the speedos can be inaccurate by bearing in mind that I have 16" aloys with 45 profile tyres. I really hope I don't get a ticket cause I've got my renewel coming up soon.

thanks in advance

I'm sure you will be fine mate.

I remember driving Mikes VTS through North East area back in April, guy with mobile camera pointed at me. I was doing 34 in a 30 and I was fine.

As you know, the higher the speed the more inaccurate even thought you do have bigger wheels. I'm sure you'll be ok.

you should be ok.

i really don't agree with you calling the guy a twat for doing his job though. You were in the wrong speeding remember. If you didn't drive so fast you wouldn't have to worry about him.

God's sake guys i think snewham calling him a 'twat' was a figure of speech... give the lad a break

By law 10% has to be given as speedo allowance and most forces give a +1 or +2mph extra onto that aswel. Id say you will be fine as long as your speedo isnt wildly out. Itll usually be reading faster rather than slower anyway so at that speed you'd prob be doing closer to 60 than ur speedo says

Lets face it they are twats though lol.
