What is the best way to clean seats and keep them looking good!? i have dark blue seats with black trim. I hoover then use the foam cleaning stuff every other week! Brings them up fairly well but only lasts a few days and they look dry and dirty again!

Is steam cleaning any good? Is there any treatments i can use to get them spick n span?

cheers

when i do interior details (which isnt very often if it can be helped!) i Use either Autosmart's Bio Brisk Interior Cleaner which comes in a 5L container, or I also use Autobrite's interior Cleaner which is essentially the same thing from what i can tell. you spray on either with an Extractor Machine or a spray bottle, agitate/brush with the likes of a Meguiars Interior Brush and then extract with the wet and dry machine, this will give results like the pics below :

This is also what i used when i ran a Valeting business too :)

hope that helps :)

i have a wet vac and extractor, just what you need to clean your seats properly.

It puts water and cleaning solution into the seats and then extracts along with all the dirt.

If you PM me i will let you know details about how much it would be to for me to clean all your seats and carpets, in a way that will last for years, not days. I have photos of loads of car seats and carpets i have cleaned.

PM MikeCracknell if you want some information on steam cleaning, he did that on his VTS Interior and worked a treat.
