Mystic

If i remember correctly from the first time this virus went around. it runs as a process, independant of msn and can be terminated in your task manager.

Start > Run
Type "msconfig"
Select "Startup" Tab
Uncheck the box for the same process you have terminated
Click OK
Restart
"Configuration somthing" box pops up
Check "dont tell me again"
Click OK

I doubt if this is the same virus, but it sounds similar and might be able to be stopped the same way.
