Contract phones

i know this gets made quite often, but this is different, i am on T-Mobile ufix, and well to be honest i dont want a contract, rather have a pay as you go phone, but i have recently upgraded,
so
can i cancl my contract?
or do i need to keep it for another 12 months again?!?!?!

normally if you cancel you have to pay the rest of the term, but because youve just upgraded it might be different

you might be lucky but they make you pay for the 12 months no harm in asking to see where you stand. good luck with it.
