It will probally work out cheaper/allot less hassle to buy a new boot lining from citroen, think there about 40 pounds man (or nip down to your local scrappy, im sure it wouldent be more than a tenner). On the other hand get a brush, lots of soap and water and scrub for your dear life.. will be a pain in the arse if it's dried up though dude.. i dont know if it will come out.

cillit bang? works for everything else?
best bet, get a cloth to get an excess off, then get a sponge, make it damp and scrub

take it all out and get the pressure washer out :P that should blast most off with ease and then scrub the rest off, would take a night or two to dry out though

best option for this is a wet and dry vac with an extractor.
Get it out the car asap and start sponging it out. Best bet is to do one area first as it may have stained the material and caused colour fadeing.

Aye, get it out the car, jet wash it on full power, then scrub any remaining residue with a soft brush if needs be, jet wash again, and finally allow to dry (if you've got a wet n dry extractor great, if not hang it up somewhere to dry out fully - garage, over the bath, etc). :)
