texas chainsaw massacre was stupid, cant beat the old one where the old dude has a hammer and tryin to drop it on the lasses head proper mental, there is a new chainsaw massacre comin out, called "the beggining" on how it started,
dunno wot its called but, theres a house they buy and its haunted about 22days later the guy gets possessed and goes loopy, thought that was quite good, in the cinema any ways
i think scary films lose about 50% scare factor if u just sit and home, u cant beat a big 40ft screen like

Not a big fan of horror films. If I had to choose one it'd be The Shining if that's classed as a horror.

I kind of agree with that but when I went to see The Exorcism Of Emily Rose then got home to a pitch black, empty house, I did actually shit my pants lol
Also I doubt I could've gone in a loft after I first seen the Grudge!
I like horror films, they were better as a kid though, Hostel was a bit strange I thought, can't say I gave it much thought after the film although my next holiday destination def won't be Slovakia!

Watched hostel the other day aswell, didn't think much of it really. Not scary and you hardly see much death either. Another pretty good one is "Stay Alive", people playing a new game, have their own characters etc, and if they die in the game, they die in real life...hence, stay alive :D:
Emma_ZS
29th September 2006, 20:15
Yes i like STAY ALIVE too its quite good but still prefer, THE SKELETON KEY

The original Black and white "Night Of The Living Dead" is hilarious! - Supposed to be a horror movie but it made me crack up; old horror movies are the best!
I don't really like modern horror movies - they are either shite, or really scary (yes yes, i am a wimp!)
Danes_SaxoVTR
30th September 2006, 09:54
I would say the halloween series!
