Right all, i know that people slag sony off a bit for quality etc. but i wont to know how many of you have actually got anything sony and what you think of it. i got a sony 12" sub and 1100w amp and this sounds pretty good and didnt cost me alot!
let me know what you think of sony and as to why u do or dont like them lol.

i have a sony headunit... looks sweet and its easy to use... wouldnt get anything else now... love it

SONY GT300S unit and its brilliant for the money and the newer model sony stuff really aint bad dunno why people hate it so much there are worse makes out there !

my sisters got one of the cheaper xplod headunits and its sweet for the price it was and what it cost. proper bo.

Not with a barge pole.
Before you can judge anything in life you have to have comparisons. Listen to a lot of car audio systems then you will know the diffrence between bad and good.

we know that but obviously good for the price-to-quality, alothough picked up cheap they are not bad for value

sony gtx head units r quality and can be obtained for great prices

Bearing in mind you aint talking about a finely tuned system mate imo the amps are ok, good for the money, the subs do the job but to be honest they are not good compared to any other make because they are like 50 quid you do get what you pay for there. The head units are pretty decent. Seperate speakers i wouldnt touch

cheers for the input posi, i wouldnt touch speakers for fronts, 6x9's etc but sub and amp i picked up for 120 so cant go wrong for that for a qick fix lol. mates got a head unit and i think they look ok and do the job, most headunits anyone could afford so giving them a thumbs up overall for price :D

used to have a sony headunit, never again. I replaced it with a far cheaper alpine model and the sound quality difference quite frankly astonished me
