a.k.a black mans willy, shit i miss school

A lad i know has a bmw, i know nothing about them.. all the different models etc. His looks real nice though, I know they arent really performance cars (the cheapish ones) but what sort of models are in the 3/4k mark?

Thanks

2.8ltr (193bhp) in the older models with a 3ltr in the newer ones.

Lifted this from a review on the 328i convertible written in 2000...

"The 193-horsepower 2.8-liter version of the engine used in the 328i coupe and sedan is doomed after this model year, and will be replaced by a new 3.0-liter six BMW promises will produce power comparable to the old M3."
