i use the autoglym glass car care or something with that sort of name, is the best window cleaner i have used to date, doesnt leave any smears or marks.
as it has been said, get yourself a lambswool mitt and a waffle weave towel as these wont cause swirls and scratches to appear on your car after they have been cleaned.
as for the rain, i hate it aswell! gave my car a proper clean on friday but had to stop 2 or 3 times coz if the rain, so cleaned it again on saturday as the weather was nice and sunny, and guess what it did minutes after i had finished ... rain!! :rage: :rage: gave it a quick wipe down on sunday as was off to a regional meet with the seat car club, which is why i had spent all this time cleaning it over the last 2 days and what was it doing there ... thunder and lightning!! car still looked good though, just wosh it had stayed sunny long enough to appreciate it
