Hey peeps as you may have read in the photo gallery some woman decided to reverse in to my car the other day,

She still hasnt reported the accident which happend on saturday night, If she doesnt live where she said she does ect what will happen to my car? will i be forced to pay out loose my no claims? Quin direct say they are gna give her a boot up the arse sorta thing atm.

And also anyone tried claiming through quin direct (my current insurance company) how are they any good?

3# if it was a case of my car costing beyond economical repaire how much should i exspect back for the car, its a 2000 w reg in basically mint condition with 42k miles on the clock.

This accident may come down to (her vs me) because there was no whitnesses she could easily say i was liable and vice versa only i wouldnt be lying and she knows it.

cant help ya much but im with quinn direct and have a claim with them at the moment and they are very slow and dont make much contact and they tried to get me to say that i wouldnt claim of them if it turns out 2 be my fault dunno what there be like for you but rubbish for my claim

A guy from quin direct came to access the damage yesterday night at like 9pm,

He seemed really down to earth, told me that my car may well be a write off :( and he said he will do his best for me to get the most for the car if it is, he also added you know i didnt want to say this infront of your girlfriend + mother in law but, Saxos may look nice but they are death traps.

He got out his guide to value my car for me and said on 42000 miles exact a 2000 w reg is worth 1935 or somthing.
