why can you only have a few PM's saved in your inbox??

you can save a maximum of 120 man.

If you've sent loads then that'll will contribute to your 120.
delete your sent stuff ;)

I thought for some reason Premium members could store more anyway? Bet I'm wrong..!

i can store 80 so yes premium membership gets you 40 message spaces, another bonus of premium membership, i gotta get it sorted asap lol

Premium members do get additional storage space.

You can manage pm's into folders to to archive them.
