Crime..................... Points.........Fine.....Disqualification.
No car tax..............0 points....£1000 fine........Not an option
No driving licence...3-6 points....£1000 fine.......yes
Speeding on M'way.3-6 points....£2500 fine.......Possible
No Insurance.........6-8 points....£5000 fine.......yes
Drink driving..........3-11points....£5000 fine.......yes
Heres a few. Fines are 'upto' figures. Really depends on the circumstances and judges

i thought if you had no insurance they can crush the car and you lose your license
they can i think it depends on the circumstances though
he'll probally get away with a few 100 quid fine and 6 points that seems to be the going rate then he'll have to resit his test to get his licence back which i've seen lads who've been in the same situation do in under 3 months which the cunts shouldnt be able to do
all uninsured drivers should be hit with a massive fine and a very long ban and thier car crushed theres no excuse for it

true i got my 3 year ban with nine points at 17 and had no licence. but when i got my provisional, i had no points!!!!! apparently they come off after 3 years and i was banned for three years and got my license as soon as the ban lifted, wierd but good for me, can anyone shed anylight on the legality's there? i'd have thought the points would come on when you get a license?

Yeh but when you go to buy a new policy, you still have to declare that you have motoring convictions, which are still trackable, even on a new liscence. So it's as broad as it's long, you'll still pay more on your poilcy.

crashed a car into 3 parked cars, got home after being out on the town and wanted to go see my missus, only got round the corner then my shoelace got caught on a pedal and when trying to move it went side on side with 3 cars. got the book thrown at me for it.
and yes it was very fucking stupid before anyone jumps on me for it.
i learnt my lesson and had to wait 3 years for my first:P
