right folks i am starting the gym on monday and i am trying to build up my body as i am a skinny little twat. A dont really no what to do, do i just go in and try and go on every machine or what, and what kind of foods should a be eating before a go and after.

thought i would ask u guys as yous seem to no what yous are talking about from reading some other threads.

any help is appreciated

best just to ask someone at the gym for a demonstration on the machines, and maybe get them to write you up a workout and diet plan. Most gyms do this.

everybody has different opinions on here, which eventually ends up in alot of arguin.

Best thing to do is work on a small part of your body for a few weeks then just simply, chop and change, always do something different, you don't want to overwork all your muscles at once :)

my best advice is dont listen to kroveon he doesnt know anything. GOT YA, lol
do what he said mate and best advice is to research, by some bodybuilding books and find out what works for you.
