just ordered some Megs clay bar and lube.
i have read the guide on the Polished Bliss website and have an idea of what to do.
but was wondering if you have to rub it off once you have used the clay bar and do you just polish it straight after?
any other tips are welcomed

Once you've claybar'd the car, yes polish it with some good polish or wax.

use both for best results. Use the polish first though

The clay leaves nothing on the paint, so there is nothing to rub off - you only have to mop up the excess lubricant with a plush drying towel. Out of the products mentioned I would follow up with SRP. :)

Sorry, getting jargony, yes the SRP refers to the Super Resin Polish mentioned at the top of the thread, and plushg drying towel means any decent drying towel (such as a Poorboy's Waffle Weave Towel for example) other than a chamois! :)
