Me and dane where talking last night about how weird our vtr's where, ie VTS interiors etc.
Dane then said about his VTR having ABS, he told me he found out by accident of taking the ABS fuses out.
So i done the same today, took out fuses F2 and F4 and the ABS light on my dash is lit.
Does this mean i have ABS or would that happen w/o it anyway.

Possible, it was an option. Best to take it outside when i's raining, lamp the brakes and see if the pedel vibrates. Or check your wheel hubs to see if you have the sensors

if your going fast you can hear the abs sort of pulsating when you brake hard, my mates got it on his mini and there is a repeating noise as the brakes clamp/unclamp. Also there is a fractional skid just before the brakes unlock again that u can hear as ur breaking

Or... why not have a look at the dash to see if the ABS light comes on when starting it up? :-S
You could also contact Citroen and ask them to run your car details through their system because they'll have records if the car was fitted with ABS when it came out of the factory.

Crazy talk. Phoning and asking is a silly waste of time when you can simply use my high risk method of trying to lock all the wheels up and nearly dying in the process :)

Yep... that's right then. The person who bought the car new paid the extra and had ABS fitted.

u can tell by looking at the master cylinder aswell i believe,
4 outlets = no abs.
