at the top of every page there are the sax-p links to various places on the site ie home premium etc just wondered why there are 2 of each? there are the exact same links just under them other than updates, contact us and sitemap, just think it might be confusing for new members the tabs at the top are the ones i always use. just an observation really maybe they could be replaced with forum links or individual member links such as last thread you visited etc as i say just an observation

Good observation. Usability wise duplicate links are a no no.
The tab links work well with the site's overall mental apperance so they are well worth keeping. The little ones underneath however underline themselves when you hover over them, making them nicer to use. Maybe we could just have the tabs at the top but intergrate some kind of feedback into them, they change colour when you're on top of them or something

There are a couple of links below the tabs that are not there, i know the duplication may look a little strange but it helps with search engine indexing. Weirdly i had never really noticed and used both when navigating:P

Oddly neither had I. I did my final year uni project on website usability so I'm usually a cock about things like this. If it helps for website indexing then keep them, though can't we do that with alt tabs on the tab links?

The current design was completed years ago. Understanding of accessibility and useability has come on a long way since then, and there will hopefully be many improvements in Saxperience v4 when it is finished.
