whats the point of getting cheap insurance like that if you aint got legal cover or nothing...... your just stupid taking that risk. We drive around in modded cars.... legal covers important

I found Quinn Direct very expensive, was talking over £2,500 fully comp on an 03 VTR with 1 years NCB.

I won't be using them...!

Same as Ad and Luke, i found Quinn direct awful. But hey, its different for everyone so it's worth trying.

Just out of interest, has anyone actually had to claim off them? Just wondered how they were to deal with etc...

My mate wrote of his VTS worth AT LEAST 4k on second hand market.

the offered 1900, he finally accepted there last offer of 2600

AND they sent a very aggressiveman round to him which started shouting at him saying everyone accepts first offer.

If anyone wants to be put in contact with the boy, just ask.

Just got a quote from them for a saxo 1.4 furio at £1,256 amazing !!

I will definitely be getting my insurance from quinn as a first time driver as it's amazingly cheap !!

And yeh it's optional to have the rest of the cover also, which i did include !!

Thanks, for sharing the info on quinn, if there any good i will be recommending to my mates also !!

Im with quinn and i claimed, they were absolutly fine, the chap came and had alot at my car, i took him to the other persons car who was claiming against me (while she was at work so she didnt know!! :P ) he just sed that looks all good to me, within a week her car was fixed (drive past it every day from work) and about 3 weeks later i received a letter saying all been settled and payed out. Renewal time came and my policy went up 20 quid, cant moan at that. Im 20, driving for less than two years with a claim against me, and now just got a VTS and TPFT with mods declared for £1369. Which is fine with me because its the car i want

Easty

It does, im Tpft and on the back of my insurance certificate it states that you are insured third party only to drive any car, aslong as A; You have the owners permission, and B; they have insurance on the car
