Nothing wrong with that. If it is as states and its on Private road then no problem. The people there all appear to be Adults, if they feel unsafe by what they know is happening then they wouldnt stand there in the first place.

Same principal could apply to spectators at a Rally standing right on a bend which is taken at speed and could easily go wrong. No more of a risk in this circumstance
