right i bought a set of cobra sub frames to fit my mk2 saxo, i ordered them over 2 week ago now and still haven't arrived, contacted the seller said he sent them, then he said he sent them to the wrong address so he re-sent them but still no fucking sub frames.
tried ringing the guy no answer then today i got in touch with his mum, she said she would get the guy to contact me tonight between 7.00pm to 8.00pm but hey guess wot no return phone call.

if its been a few weeks, i would claim through paypal and let them sort it out. they nearly always favour the buyer. whats his feedback like? do you believe him or not?

Surely IF he sent them by parcel company, they would of arrived by now.
Maybe best to give him till tomorrow night and then start getting money back etc.

Lol, threaten him with the police as its theft, inform ebay and paypal and take the most drastic actions to scare the shit out of him and to get justice.

Call them again and keep calling them until you get through...
Then demand a tracking number or proof of postage... If he can't supply it then report him to ebay, try and claim your money back through paypal... and if that doesn't work it would have to be sorted through the small claims court...
Good luck mate, there are some nobs out there!

as above, if HE did send by parcel company, it WILL have a tracking number, and if you have paid by paypal, put in a claim quick before you run out of time, they usually only give you 3-4 weeks to claim after the listing ended. best of luck lad

i would claim through paypal asap considering his last bit of feedback! paypal will only get you the money back if it is still in his account. if he has done it before, he will probly be aware of this and will remove the money asap. which will leave you with nothing!

i doubt the police will do anything at all, they do very little about car theft or other more serious crimes so i doubt they will spend their time on this. you will have to go to court to get your money back, if it goes that far. hopefully not though.

he seems a bit dodgy to me. not much feedback and only a few sales most the feedback if from stuff he's bought.
although as he isnt on the mainland, delivery may take a while longer but defo ask for a tracking number and who he sent the item with

Landy man, file the claim with paypal now, if they do arrive drop the claim. Paypal take 14 days to process a claim and you only have like a certain amount of time to be able to claim back. So do it now and if he's fair drop the claim, if he's not paypal will get your money back sooner.

And landy a bit of advice, the quicker you make this claim the more chance of getting your money back you have. If he has emptied his paypal account you wont get your money back... they will on re-imburse you with whats in his account. I remember i paid 320 for some subs of the bay, filed a claim and only got like 210 back because thats all he had on his paypal.
