just been hit by a bloody woman driving a royal mail van...
approached a junction, and she was in the middle of the main road, reversing into the junction (straight back, god knows what she was doing) so i gave her 2 car lengths... only problem was she kept reversing, straight into me, despite me papping my horn, i couldn't get it into reverse quick enough as it was down a hill..
she then kindly drove off ! luckily there is no damage (a couple of scuffs) but i managed to get a picture of her no. plate, so should i report her ???
edited to avoid hurting anyones feelings xxx

chase after her ? it's not going to achieve anything... if there was damage to hers it would have come out on the pic, and would have tied in with my damage, and her no. plate was all the info i needed !
plus i'm not mental.

Report it mate, get a quote from a garage saying you need a new no.plate or something and get some money back.

so you had time to get the camera out and take a pic, but not enough time to get out of your car and approach her van as she was pulling away from you from the junction? or put it into reverse to avoid it for that matter. then instead of following her and then politely explaining what had happened, you post on a forum. you're not very bright are you? they'll ask you for proof of a collision, no damage on the van and all you have is a pic of one of their vans. don't hold your breath :)

why fucking come on here moaning about it then? in the time it took you to take the pic you could've been out and had a word, but instead you call her a stupid bitch etc on a forum yet you cant tell her to her face (politely without being agggresive) that she's driven into your car? i think you bottled it in fear of being beaten down by a lady to be honest. :) another day another pointless sax-p thread.

Thats a nightmare mate. Good that there was minimal damage.
I personally wouldn't like to take control of one of them vans. You can drive them on a normal licence so its not like she probabley had more training :(

i'm not bothered about getting anything back , as there is no damage, i just think it might be in her best interest to do some sort of driving course or something !
