just my luck! been after a vts loom for my vtr "did vtr - gti conversion" for about 3week - 1month now. been calling around brakers scrap yards! no joy!

So after much time been p1ssed of i gave the brakers 1 more chance and still nothing in! so decided to go buy a VTS loom direct from Citreon for 279.95 inc vat! However 5mins later i get a call from Pug - Citreon brakers! Saying they just got a VTS in that morning lol!! and it has the loom i need! 30quid for the loom and 10.50 for postage!!

oh well don't atter will just be happy to have my car back on road and stop paying 35quid aweek insurance for ths 2.2l turbo beast im drivin atm :P

i was in the same situation with my driver door electric mirror, scrap yard had nothing for weeks, so went and got one for £50 from citroen to be collected the next day... then the scrap yard phoned and told me they had a vts in with the mirror i needed.

when citroen phoned me the next day, i just said i didn't need it anymore, and they sent it back or kept it as stock !
