I've just bought 15s with 45 tyres.
I'm getting my car lowered tomorrow and need to know if 45mm drop will be pushing it and if i should just settle for a 25mm drop
I'm not putting new dampers on at the mo either.
I need an honest answer and no bullshit about having 17s with a 100mm drop
So in short 25mm 0r 45mm drop?

Its up2 u, u can drop it to 45mm and it wont rub cus mines droped 50mm, to be honest if u drop it 25mm u will hardly notice its bin done to make it worth while drop it 45mm!! I can put 15 and possibily 16's on without rubbin if i get 40 profiles for the 16's!!
So basically drop it 45 or more.
Hope this helped!

As Dean said mate, you'll be able to drop on 15's easily with no rubbing...its only above 16's that you start to get problems....i've got 18's on my VTR now lowered 60mm but with loads of arch work done and it still rubs and i cant get anywhere near full lock.

yip 15's no problem above 16's is when it starts to get a bit tricky i had 16's then went to 17's and now i've got 18's which r a nightmare to fit.

Please tell me what the hell is the point in that? unless its a show car of course.

go for 25-30mm. the wishbone angle will still be ok so no adverse effects from it.
