Anyone knows any good driving instructors in East or North East London that has good prices...
So far the cheapest I found was £18.00 (student price), but if 10 lessons bought it goes down to £17.00... smileys/smiley13.gif
Anyone knows anything cheaper and good??? Can't drive at all, so needs to start from scratch... smileys/smiley19.gif

get some one over 21 to teach you all the basics then just use driving lessons every now and again the keep you on the right track.

£25.00 an hour!!! Man I thought here was expensive!!!
How many lessons do u usually have to do before doing the test? Basically, how much do u expect do spend to get a license?

Yeah, David could do that, and he said he would once he got his saxo, put me once in the car and never again!!! But that's boyfriends for you...
Now I'm the one who doesn't want him to teach me! Rather do it on my own...

Well here its normal to have about 20-25 lessons before you do your exam. But I think in the UK you should have about 30-35 cus you peeps are driving on the wrong side of the road!!! Is much harder. smileys/smiley17.gif LMFBO! © sax-p!

big empty industrial estates are perfect for teaching people, just got to be patient with people driving certainly isnt easy for the first time

True... Why do they have to be different!
I'm scared that is gonna be hard for me when I go back to brazil or portugal. Only thing I' scared of doing is changing gears smileys/smiley5.gif ... Apart from that I'm fine... smileys/smiley4.gif

Like Scott says. It wil safe you a couple of lessons when you learn the basics on a big empty industrial place. You cant do much wrong there. smileys/smiley2.gif

Don't think is much about patience, but scared that I'd do anything to crash his precious little car...
Now with the C2 there's not much point since is semi-automatic, so can't really learn well... Need a clutch to learn.

Isnt there a big empty parking area where you can practice? cus you cant do anything wrong there. First thing to learn is handle the clutch and accelerator. Just driving a traight line.

No clutch... And my dad's car is a van in which the clutch is broken, so no way!!!
So my only choice is lessons.
So anyone knows cheap ones???

£18 is quite cheap these days for lessons,

Is not cheap for me cause I need to save money for Uni... I wanna go to this Uni and accommodation is a bit expensive, dont wanna take too much out on a loan, so need to save as much as possible.
Even thinking of cancelling my holiday back to Brazil, miss my family so much but this is more important.
smileys/smiley4.gif Anyone wants to donate money to my Uni fund? smileys/smiley4.gif
