whining noise!! maybe cambelt?!

hi
just had my cam and drive belt changed, thought i'de get it done at 40,000
now when i start my car first thing in the morning i can hear a whining noise when i pull away? it onlt happens for a couple of seconds then it goes and can't be heard for the rest of the day.

any ideas?

aux belt more than likly too tight personlly id take it back to where you got it done .
