Which company?

Just passed my advanced drivers and already have my pass plus. I am 17 driving a 1.1 desire 2002 with a few mods (eg; induction kit, alloys, etc). Which company would be best to go with as I have been driving for 7 months now and am a skint student :p Any sujestions on which company?
