Well, couldnt find a nice furio in my price range that wasnt lowered, so got fed up, vtr insurance is too high.. soooo
im getting a brand spanking new honda civic :fcuk:
my dad works for honda, got it on lease and parents are paying for the year, then hopefully ill have a bit more money to buy a car next year, im thinking saxo atm, but depends how much money i have.
it had to be order, so 4 week wait. Im well excited, but disappointed at the same time because i love saxo's so much, just look so good when you see nicely modded ones on the road.
anyway, heres a pic of what im getting, mine will be silver though.

lol.. i can't do any mods, but if my dad is still working at honda when im 21 i can get a type-r for 150 a month lol :P
thats a long way in the future though.
adsayer 75 a month is awsome, im having to pay 155 a month or the civic, although im only paying 500 of the overall cost,
cool thing is insurance and all the other bits are included in the price

they do that scheme where i work aswel, but i would touch them at all.
im in two minds about this car, sometimes i think it looks quality and sometimes it looks gash.

£75 is brill but as you pointed out no mods allowed.
I sometimes wish I'd done it.
I blew a small fortune getting the car (wasnt even 3 years old at that point) and insurance - basically I bought it for my placement. I could have got the yaris for the year then left it... bugger :wall:

the only thing about the scheme is that obviously you do not own a car at the end of the day, and if my dad ever leaves honda i have no car... but im to young to care, so YAY!
as for the car, its grown on me... once you sit inside it feels so good, nice sized pedals so your not pressing all 3 at the same time, nice display, good amount of space in the back, you feel like your in a kind of cockpit, cuz everything is surrounding you (the driver)
thats what swayed me into going for it, the interior and features... but i think its a good looking car anyway!

first 6 months i have to have the 1.4 petrol, 0-60 14.6 seconds.
then after 6 months i get a new one and i should be able to get the 1.8 petrol, 0-60 8.9 seconds.
having had a 1.0i for a year, 14.6 seconds will be quick, and im not too bothered, it will be fine for going around and motorway travel will be easier cuz my foot wont be stuck to the floor all the time :)
o and a quick note, in 3 weeks my audio stuff will be for sale... Sony GT300, JBL coxial speakers, mutant amp + sub as i wont need them.

LOL foot on the floor all the time.
As i said before nice one mate, the 1.8 seems pretty rapid, how quick is the Type R to be then?

the old type r is 0-60 in 6.6 seconds, the new one does 0-62 in 6.6 seconds.
i wont be getting the type r for ages, i would get only get the old one, and im 17 (18 in 2 weeks) and i HAVE to be 21 and do an advance driving course to have a type r, so its a long way in the future.. if ever :)
and yes in my 1.0i there were times on the motorway when i would drive with my foot to the floor for 20/30 mins and just about hit 85 :P, and was dangerous cuz the car felt like it was guna shake itself to bits...
