some help with sky+

can someone with sky+ help me.

I need you to take off the back cover of the remote (for if u were replacing the batterys) and look on the inside of the thing u take off, there is a sticker which says:

insert new batterys within 10 minutes of removing the old ones, otherwise:

- press TV
-Hold down SELECT and some button together for 2 seconds
- Enter TV code

what is the button that you have to hold down with SELECT, i cant work it out.
