This was a detail done several days ago, a very nice looking Audi A4 S-Line, all be it a bit manky!

The owner had stated on the phone that he could only leave the car with me from after 8:30am and it had to be ready for 5pm, so i said that the chances of doing full paint correction in that time weren't guaranteed (or not to the standard i like to set) as i didnt know what the condition of the paint was like, it was slightly larger than a normal sized saloon and its Audi paint after all!
So a finishing polish was agreed and the owner specifically stated that he wanted the Jeffs Werkstatt Carnuba products on the car after a conversation with Rich, so thats what it got :)
So here's the full Process:
Wash:
- Rinsed with Karcher
- APC through the Gilmour, left to dwell for 5 mins
- Rinsed
- Poorboys S&S through the gilmour, same shampoo with 2 bucket method.
- Rinsed
- Autosmart Tar & Glue remover
- Spot Clayed with Meguiars Mild Detailing Clay
- Wheels cleaned with Meguiars Wheel Brightener cut 4:1
- Arches scrubbed with an old Meguiars MF wash mitt to get all the grass out.(fabric arch liners)
Polish:
- Taped with 3434
- Blackfire SRC Finishing Polish with Megs Polishing Pad & Rotary @ 1200rpm (900rpm, then 600rpm to finish)
- Jeffs Werkstatt Carnuba Prime with Black Glazing Pad & PC @ Speed 4
- Jeffs Werkstatt Carnuba Jett x 2
Wheels - Poorboys Wheel Sealant
Tyres - Blackfire Long Lasting Tyre Gel
Glass - Meguiars NXT Glass Cleaner.
No halogen shots this time as it wasnt a full paint correction detail but the paint was around 85/90% after the finishing polish stage and certainly had a much nicer glow afterwards as you can see in the after pics.....

Overall, i was very pleased with this one despite being very straight forward. I was genuinely impressed when i rolled the car out the garage and in my opinion there's nothing that comes close to the Werkstatt Carnuba's on solid reds, it really added a warm glow to this particular car and this is the main reason i use it on my leon too :)
thanks for looking :)
