i did have a look at courses but they were VERY expensive, about 2k, for a course a few days long.

i can do most of it now i've had some practice but i cant do the rear window.

think you need a heat gun/hair dryer or talcon power or however you spell it.

something to do with drying the water ... not sure. would like to know how to do it properly tho

you need a heat gun to shrink the tint to the shape of the window. if you put flat tint on a curved bit of glass, then you get 'fingers' which you need to shrink but you need to be taught how to do it really. you could probly do it yourself but will probly cost more in the end with all the tint and stuff you waste doing it.

do you need a heat gun for these?

or do you just peel them off and stick them on?

cheers

its never as simple as peeling them off and sticking them on!

you will need a heat gun unless the tint is curved perfectly to fit the window which would be almost impossible.

i was incredibly close to putting my fist through my window when i tried it. you need the patience of a saint, and don't go out drinking the night before either, i had the shakes worse than MJ Fox
