Thought for the day

Just a thought for the day...saw this scenario on the M60 this morning.

Car in first lane and a van in the third lane level with each other. The middle lane had a couple of car lengths of clear space and both vechiles decided to indicate and move in to the middle lane. The car in the first lane noticed and swerved back in to the first lane.

My thought is if they would have crashed whose fault would it be?

how can ppl vote neither! the guy in the van should have been in the middle lane therefore the driver would have noticeably seen him alto clearer and wudnt hav attempted to indicate and the van wudnt need to indicate left!!!

What if the car had just moved into the left lane. What if the van had just passed a slower vehicle in that was in the middle lane? Do you even have a driving licence?

i dont drive on motorways and i dont care lol i used my mirrors and my blind spot and floor it passed people simple! what if what if but that wasnt in it at the start of this thread so its not about what if its wot this dude saw!!!
