wrie its a long story but i will cut it down alot. I used to have a white 1.1 Mk2 but sold it in july and got a posi blue Mk1 vtr. first week of owning her the cv boot broke on the way to my holidays. i got it home ok a week later just. i then got it fixed and the stupid people who did it were shit cos it went agen 2 weeks later. so i then got a new drive shaft and antiroll joints put in. sence then it was runing fine intil a prick in a volvo smashed into the side of me and wrote it off. Ity was only cat D so i got th money for it and bought it back for £50 and its going to get fixed tommoro. cant wait. Even though it has been nothin but stress since i got her i still love her.. lol. has anyone else had as much bad luck as me????

Mine had nearly a grands worth of new parts put into the front end less than a month after I bought it on two occassions, 4 driveshafts, 2 new cv boots, loads of other crap. Then a landrover wrote off my car. And it was a posi blue VT kitted saxo lol. Maybe theres a curse.
Tis harsh though mate hope it comes back shiny n new

how did you sort the rev problem mate?
Just took it to a garage, explained the problem and he sorted it, cant remember what it was exactly, but when sum1 above sed stepper motor, that rung a bell. Also i had problem starting the car, turned the ignition and it just kept ticking over without firing up, think it was part of the same problem. U have that problem 2?
