Iv got the :

FTP
MAIL

ones set up but for the site do you put WWW and then point it to the ip address? so you dont put. www.abc.co.uk just the www?

Is that right?

ftp is normally ftp.yourdomain.com
the mail server is normally mail.yourdomain.com

Not quite sure what you mean here..
