a couple of you may know i had an accident in june and the car got finally taken away 5 days ago
in that time period the insurance company relised they made a mistake on my policy and every 1 else policy and said they were void as they had forgot to ask how many cars at the house hold there was!!!
so to make it a little bit shorter i recieved court papers from teh other guy as the insurance company told him i didnt have insurance, i was not offerd a replacement car or any updates during this period, and a relationship was ended due to this.
only untill last week things started moving
the car got taken away and the process has started
my car was a 1999 westcoast excellenat condition(or was) 60,000 miles what do u think i should get, do they do an autotrader search by your postcode or just by a random postcode when they come to find similar prices.
one last thing if you can help it get a reptuable insurance company as i went through a broker (think thats what it is called) and to be honest its their fault it has taken so long
or even better dont crash
