Hello People,

I think im getting old or something but im starting to have a real problem with the youth of today :fcuk: Im only 18 but it seems to me that everyone below my age group has just completely gone off the rails!

2 incidents have made me feel like this over the last week.

Incident 1:I was in Tesco the other day, just went down so my mate could get some make up and as we were leaving there were two youngish lads (I'd say 16) sitting on a bench. Both in army clothes so im guessign they had been to cadets. Anyway, as we walked past one of them started laughing really loud, but not as if he found something funny, he was making sure we heard it. I was joking about and as we drove out the carpark, being the comedy genious i am, i threw a banana at them lol.

Then as i left the carpark one of the lads came flying up through the carpark and tried to hit me car with the banana. I stopped and said, excuse me but whats your problem mate? He started giving it a bit of lip so i got out and went and confronted them. After the little one had squared up to me and then backed of saying "Dont get in ma face" i turned to his laughing mate. I just said, "whats your problem son (Saying son, im such a man ha ha ha) whats so funny?" He then started asking me if i wanted a word with his step dad??????? I stated laughing and said "yeah, where is he." obviously he was at home but the lad tried to get on the phone. I said, well if you can have your step dad can i have mine. He said "WEll my dad can have your dad" :fcuk:

I then realised i was feelign like iw as back at school and started pissing meself with laughter at him. I honestly had to get in my car and leave to a torrent of "You overweight c**t" "F*****G P***K" and other words.

Inident 2 Today i was driving down the road and a really chavy kid come screeching up the inside of my car on his moped as i was driving down a single lane road! Then as a car parked on the side of me he had to slow down and cut in behind me.When i stopped at some traffic lights he pulled up next to me and called me a W****R! WTF, i was a w****r because he is a stupid driver.

This seems to be happening more and more, what the hell are these kids being brung up like that they act like that?

Sorry for the long post but its really annoyed me this week!

Wait until you get to my age. So many young people who are well'ard and know everything. If only they realised how little they know. One day they'll grow up and look back at their behaviour, then start cursing the next generation.

Are you the 18 year old who made a thread moaning about fireworks???We all know how the youth of today treat fireworks (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/wear/6132140.stm).

i may of provoked it but when i was as young as him i wouldn't have tried to be a gobby little shite, as i would of known that i would have probabley got battered. Im not really a fighting person but i know a few that wouldn't have spoken. Im sure a few of the people on here would have just layed him flat out lol!

i agree back in my day i would never of done out as stupid i see every day now, kids think been the way they are is how they need to act to fit in, me cousin is about 15 hes like that does stupid shit, gets in bother with police when me n me mate tell him hes a cock n ask why he does stuff hes like DUNNO

i went to the shop the other week with me mate both 20. walked passed 2 lad about 15 id say and they blatently said something about me or laughed or sumit and i just thought walk off, "clever shits wouldnt be so hard if i turned around and knocked 10 bells outa em but then what would that make me for doing it" i am a big lad know how to handle me self and got a very short temper so when some little chavs act clever i find it really hard to hold back like

lol you bunch of old farts!!!

I see what you lot are saying. I will hold my hands up and say "i was kind of like that". And now i'm not. One haloween a few years back when i was about, hmmm 13 ish? a group of us knocked on a mans door and he gave everyone loads of sweets and i was at the back and when i got the the front he went 'na sorry mate'. Was a tad unfair, and for some reason i said "tight arse" as i was walking off this HENCH big arse mans property, got chased down the road until he ran out of steam!

So, looking back on that now, I think, what a stupid little git i was, I know he was nice enough to give everyone sweets but me and I should not have been such a grumpy git and I quite neerly got what i deserved lol...

BUT, what im saying is, I think every generation has it's group of 'dick heads' lol like me :D..... and then you get to be a bit older and you realise that you were a dick head.... I don't think there is any more now than there probably was a few years ago.... Just you look at it differently when you grow up a bit :-)

keying cars, throwing stones at windows, non-stop drinkin and smoking and drug abuse TRYING to beat folk up is a wee bit different from calling an old man a tight arse lol

Never thrown any stones at windows... or keyed any cars..... erm, maybe a tiny ickle bit guilty of the other things on that list tho..... obviously not any more :-)

I have noticed around my little area where i live there are kids smoking weed who are 13/14 years old.... I didn't even know what a bong was till i was about 15 lol....

I'm a good boy now though before i get PM'd by people :)

he wasn't saying a private joke as his little mate said, "what you laughing at" It wasn't that which is what im on about. It was the way he acted when confronted.

ye i used to be a bit of a c**t but never kicked off with people for no reason that like the only thing me and my mate's didnt do, no point in hurting someone for no reason.

funniest (at the time) thing we did was every halloween we used to egg houses, i know this sound really really childish but the buzz you used to get. haha we got over 200 eggs one year. When i look back now i realise how stupid and nobheadish this was.

Back in the day that tho

one common denominator(?) maybe is that they are chavs? had they been anything but chavs no problem would have occurred. Anyone ever notice that? I mean i dont want to tar them all with the same brush but the majority are swearing loud mouth yobs with nothing better to do than smash windows... anyone else see my point?

Respect.

General lack of it at the moment. After the boom of teenage pregnancies and single mums from the beginning of the 90's onwards things have gone down hill.

There's not alot we can do about it as we're being slowly turned on by our own government. Hopefully somoen will see sense soon and stop a lot of the problems we are having.

LOL!!! Ahh that was funny! Dont get me wrong, I love living in Walsall as I avoid all the scummy crappy areas and people.
But if you have come from somewhere else its horrible!
We went to Birmingham last night to the opening of Oceana, we got denyed for no reason at all. Me and my mates (guys and girls) all dressed smart all aged 22! No reason at all.

Anyways we ended up in Walsall for the rest of the night and OMG! One bar and 2 fights, bouncers slapping up some girls, people chucking glasses. Stupid!!
