BE VERY SAFE - and don't take my m8's advice, which is: "while doin bout 70, hoy it into 1st to check if your clutch is workin properly!"

- you're wheels would probably lock n send u into a field - at high velocity!

Why would he try that, he has passed his test so knows how to drive properly????

you sound like such a cleaver and helpful person

furio tim - take it easy, you only learn how to be a good drive with experience

im sure youll go all out for it on first few weeks! youll probs have a few scary things happen that bring you down to earth! as everyone else said experience is the key! drive to the road conditions! don't take this p1ss and take it easy and you should be fine! :)

for example anycar can go fast it's self control that makes you a good driver, and also knowin what the roads can take!

maybe if you pull your clutch up and it bits and rolls forward doesn't that mean your clutch would be working? LoL or maybe if it changes gear with ease?

drew

don't let anyone push you into goin to fast! - it all ends in tears! whether its yr m8's, or someone behind, just take it cool n calm.

to be honest this time of year is not the best time to be a new driver with the weather getting worse. there will be ice on the roads in the next few weeks.

deffo, look at the headlines recently, could you live with the fact you crashed your car and killed your mates?

I couldnt!

when i passed, the geezer says "just one thing... try and make use of the speed limit" - i thought he'd be complainin about being too fast!!!
[the post about goin into 1st - this IS only a joke - plus, your ECU wont let you - not without a fight any way!]

Viper

who cares about minors tbh aslong as you dont get any majors you have passed

drew

they've got to be seen to be thorough, so they're bound to make a slight dent!
like they say - no majors - no issues!

as far as i can see tests are so short, its so very unlikely yer gonna get enough minors to fail. without getting a major first anyway.
