Try quinn-direct, they only charge for performance enhancing mods. Don't even charge extra for after market wheels.

£3k TPFT???
Bell and Elephant are part of the Admiral group and are usually a slightly cheaper alternative
I'm with Bell and they charged:
£3 extra for VTS alloys
£30 extra for lowering
£14 extra for a backbox
I pay £389 fully comp. That's just gone up by £19 though because I added my boyfriend as a named driver
