i thought i had done that, had an mri scan and it turns out it was a torn cartilage, im on the waiting list for keyhole surgery, its also suspected ive done the same thing in the other knee aswell lol! just my luck, i think ill be having a scan and if it is, no doubt ill be having them both done in one op! ive had nothing but knee trouble for the last 9 months or so, i barely play any sports at all now

ive an appointment on the 30th with a "pre assesment sister" sounds holy! about the surgery, the physio was on about getting the right knee checked out too so if it is a definate torn cartlilage as the left knee then no doubt both will be done at once,
i thhink it will be a while before the actual date, but im lookin at positives! (time off work/great hospital food)

i have little to no cartilage in my left knee i smashed my knee when i was 13 came off a bike, and i used to play semi pro ice hockey, was quite good aswell and had to give it all up i was off school best part of the year, and now they think I'm getting arthritis in it...but I was reading in the news about possible cartilage replacement operations where they 'grow' new cartilage or something, have got the artiucle downstairs didnt read it properly at the time. Might go see what my doctor says
Worse thing was I twisted my good knee a few months ago at work and it still hurts so was putting more pressure on my left knee even though I had crutches, so they both started hurting lol
