hiya, rite am lookin 2 find a new way of fitting my sub in my boot due to needing more boot space, an was jus wunderin if anyone had any ideas or could send me some pics on how they have got round the problem, cheers, any help will be appreciated.

How is it fit at the moment? What sub is it and is it sealed / ported / other?

its a mutant 12" but am thinkin of gettin a 10" an its sealed and its jus sat in there on velco so it dont slide about, was thinkin of maybe a wheel arch enclosure but have not bin able to find one.

Auto accustics make them or you could make yourself one from fibreglass.

Changing to a 10" sub aint going to save you much space at all.

Isn't the sides of the saxo boot pretty straight anyway? Is it really worth paying that kind of money to gain a couple of inches of space?

You could make a box that covers the entire floor but is shallow, you could then mount the sub to one side, a*se-out. That also solves the problem of the sub cone getting damaged.
