Is your blokes name David De Sousa??

I sit next to a bloke at work and his name is David De Souza

Yeah, he is my “bloke”¯. This guy you know must be Spanish I guess… David’s Portuguese, and his surname is spelt with S instead of a Z…

I work for Bank of New York in Canary Wharf London! He comes from Norwich, but his name is originally Portuguese! smileys/smiley4.gif

Ok, that's weird…. I was told once that Souza with a Z was Spanish.

I just find that David isn't a very Portuguese name anyway, even though is pronounced different.

David used to work at Canary Wharf for a while, at First Sport downstairs...

David Jorge Rosa De Sousa.

They both have two middle names then... his are Alexanda and Peter!

His dad is actually from India, but his last name is definitally originally Potuguese!!

India!!!! With a Portuguese surname!!! YAYKS! I would understand Brazil, Angola or something like that, but India!

I used to have a Portuguese surname, Craveiro, till my parents decided to get married legally, papers and all that, and I got my dad's Italian surname. I can't say there is a proper Brazilian surname. Don't think it exists…

My surname is Scottish unfortunately!

I am English though... my Mum comes from Leeds and my Dad from Sheffield!
