LOLOL, well i have tonight purchased a K reg Nova. It has full service history, excellent condition, only 30K on the clock for £400. meh mostly my old mans idea but u know ive got to have a car to get to work, sadly my Saxo got wrote of due to some prick hittin my up the arse end which he did that hard i hit the car infront, evan tho i had my foot break on ( i was in a que) anyway what u reckon to my deal on teh nova? it was some old boys so it aint been thrashed.

yeah ive been thinking of buying a nova with a 2lt turbo engine in it seen a few youtube vids of them , one of a nova beating a ferrari 360, others with the nova doing around 170mph too :P mental cars with calibra engines in them

I missed out ona 89 Nova GTE, 1 owner from new only reason was selling it was red paint had gone pink and it was gettin abit scuffy . . . £250 ! ! !

Gutted :-( after xmas Im gona find somethin like a GTE or XR2i so me and the missis can save the mileage (and have abit of fun)

Thats the one, a SR.. my mate had a red one. The GTE's are rare as fuck now i think... seen a dew videos of novas doing stupid speeds, seen one turbo'd up one 0-60 in 2.3 seconds, and another of a 2ltr nova making a impreza sti look like a moped

The beauty with anythin with a Vauxhall badge on it will accept (in reason) any engine with a Vauxhall engine on it, Omega V6powered Nova? Yep Seen it!

Its such a shame cars like the nova (Cheap fun cars with huge room for tunin) are labled as Chav Wagons just cos a few spoty Faced kids are seen sticking bodykits and silly stickers all over them, anyone seen a 'SuperNova'? I have :-(

That v6 nova was pretty shit it weighed too much and snapped driveshafts like there was no tomorrow.

there is not much rot on it. its slightly coming underneath the arches. i want to keep it for abit and put a bigger engine in it but that will have to wait. ill get some pics of it sorted for u lot and get them posted. just need abit of light. i thought id be laughed at due to, as you say, little chavs takin piss with it. all i want to do its keep the bodywork etc in good nick with say minor things and then just drop beast engine in so when u get your little boy racers there at some lights laughin at me in it, then i smoke em'!! hah pure comedy.

novas are novas, ur gonna get slated by the sensible people because it is a chav car as its so cheap and chavd up and its true they just fall to bits

i got a SR looked after by some 30year old guy mint coniditon no rust on a re spray 92 reg it was actually mint, BAR it being on carb with a manual choke meanin it took about 10minutes before i could literally pull away without stalln as it just stalled it self it was so cold, drop a 2ltr in for the track but i would never get one again for the roads and the price some to&&&sas try re selling them at is just plain stupid

I basically had no choice about it, my curtosy car went back and i had no form of gettin to derby @ 7 in the mornin. if i had more time and money i would of had another saxo all the way. but @ the money it was and everything about it, i thought it was an absolute steal.

i believe the 2.3 second nova had two 2ltr turbo engines in it, but think it was 2.8 which is still rapid, although he could of been on about a diff nova :P
