insurance with a claim

seein i have just had my first crash... and it was basically my fault, how much did peoples insurance go up by when they crashed ? well i say go up... obviously after crash had no insurance then, so how did it affect your quotes for other insurance?

It never really affected my insurance when i wrote my car off, £50 maybe.

I used to have a VTR insured with elephant which i then crashed i then got another VTR but newer and better condition, and i insured that with bell.co.uk and the price was about the same.
