Im with churchill and they took about 3 weeks from writing offm y car to sending the cheque. Very good service in my opinion.

Also as far as im aware it isnt like your insurance so you can change cars on existing policy its insurance for that car i.e you gotta take out a new policy on the new car and not just change cars. Well thats what churchill said to me when i rang and asked about upping my 1.1 to a 1.4 they said i gotta take a new policy not jus change cars on my existing.

im with admiral , you can change cars whenever u like , u just ring them up and they update your policy (you may have to pay if the premium goes up)

i work in insurance, cant see how legally they can take so long, you have 28days to resolve an insurance complaint before an indepedent loss adjuster can get involved or FSA ijus cant see how they can get away with it, oh well looks like ill need to get another loan out when i jus got a loan out for the car LOVELY
