Hi all! I am looking to buy a Toyota Starlet GT Turbo and just wanted to know if anyone knew of a good insurance company for imported cars and if they are quite cheap?

I got an insurance quote the other day from Bell.co.uk for an imported Honda Integra Type R DC5. At the moment im paying around £650-700 for my vts fully comp, they quoted me for the honda..............£950, bearing in mind i made a claim last year. I thort that was rather decent tbh.

Im 22, dont really know wot it'll be like to be honest, i wouldnt imagine it'll be cheap tho. have u had any claims yet??
If i was you i'd get an online quote from www.bell.co.uk, and try things like adding your parents on your policy, tell em ur annual mileage is nothin like wot it aktually is (within reason of course), and say its kept either on a driveway or garage. little things like that usually bring it down a fair whack.
