Jobless! :(

Basically I haven't got a job now and i've been working for the last 3 years so having no money is a BIG shock to the system!

it's not come a too bad a time as theres quite a bit of work available, thing is they want me to work xmas eve, boxing day and 27th,28th and 29th.

I normally go out with my family on xmas eve and boxing day see all my family and this year im going to the dogs... thing is that I really need the money.

was just wondering what you guys would do?

I have to pay out
£76 car insurance
£42ish phone bill
£30ish phone bill a month too

I know its only a few days but xmas is quite a big deal...

Aye true with X'mas and all it sucks, I personally haven't worked for like 2 years lol, but then again i've studied hard at College for a long time so I was taking a break, mind you I did work for a year but now im just itching to work again specially with X'mas just around the corner. Anyway I hope all goes well for you.

I wound't spend any other way on X'mas but with my family, it's the whole point. Anywho hope it goes okay for you with college and work must be a pain in the butt I know been there for a while! :mental:

take the job suddenly become ill on xmas eve (in work so they belive its true and send u ome ;) ) worked a treat for me.... start with a headache pretend to take some tablets leave it 1hr say they aint worked ur feel like shit... boss symaphy vote... best go home and rest come back in the morning with a clear head :) jobs a goodun thow us the charol book :P

I'd take the job, you'll have to miss family time but if you don't ure going to end up in loads of debt and if it gets too far off to prison for the young one.

i'd say get a job, its only one xmas...

you need money to pay for things, im sure the family wont mind. theyd rather you have a job than be sponging...
