Hey,

I've been looking round for a new insurance and did a quick quote on money supermarket and found out that Endsleigh is the cheapest at £1100, But dont know what there policy is on MODS?

If any one is with them or has been with them please could you tell me? Will any MOD make it go up?

http://www.endsleigh.co.uk/car-insurance/modified.html

I've heard alot about Quinn Direct, which I got a quote for around £1400 and you can do any MOD expect Engine and suspension and you insurance wont go up.

Also you can do 10 months with Quinn?

Unless your car is heavily modified then paying 300 quid more wont work out cheaper.

Best bet is to just ring endsleigh up and tell them what mods you have and what you will be looking to be payin to declare them.

Im with engslighjdkdjhfdj (cant be arsed to spell it)

For my first year they were going to charge me an extra £400 on the insurance for meshing my grille - bargin :err:

However now on my second year with them they are fine. I have my wheels declared and bits and pieces. And i've just had a quote for the bodykit be attached... a whopping £25 extra

So to sum up... they are crap initially (for some reason) but good afterwards... Also they pretty much pleeded to have me be insured with them for my following year... to the point where they reduced their premium shed loads to have me :)

Also their policy has quite a few extra included if i remember correctly :Y:

they are very willing on the haggling side of things so ring them up and mention everything... see the price then tell them you've seen better and go from there... you'll save a fair whack for sure :Y:

Yeah but it doesn't say anything about body kits, alloys, tints, buckets etc. etc. so those are allowed.
