Id prefer not...

It allows random fools to register accounts and start uploading all sorts of unacceptable images 'for a laugh'.

The current system works fine... meaning bandwidth isnt wasted by memebrs not involved in the site also.

There is a sticky post in the newbies forum... Ive also drafted out a PM which will automatically be sent to all new memebrs.. ive just not finalised it yet.
