Is it possible to power a 1500W sub of an amp that is 1300w with this spec

dont go by peak figures they are rubbish.
First question, yes you could run a 1500w sub from a 1300w amp, it wont be doing itself much favours though.
Second part, no not off of that amp you couldnt

not really mate, if you want to power a sub your better off powering it from a mono or 2 channel amp, 5 channel amps are more used for comps tweeters etc....

i dont supose someone could show me a amp on ebay that would be able to power a 1500w sub and is a reasonable price
i dont no nothing about amps and sub configs so any help would be appreciated

tbh honest i would steer clear of all of them, they all brag large power but they dont actually have it, you need to look for the power in rms watts, thats the true figure!
i have a more suited amp for sale here mate:

i need an amp as i am on a really tight budget of about £65 so i think im pritty much screwed for any high brand well known stuff i thought the loudest.com amps were ok

i got a refund on that crappy amp and got a budget 1000w 2 channel amp
is this setup ok
1300w sub
1000w amp
1000w Amp Wiring
will all that work ok?
also the sub box will i need to put anything inside of it like insulant or will i only need to fit the sub in and thats it?

well saying this is my 1st car and the1st time ive baught a system for my car ive no idea between the difference so thats not helping much
im not sure what amp rms is but the sub rms is 400w im guessing the amp is 2 chan 1000w so it might be rms 500w

i think that sounds ok - my amp is 1k and my sub is 1k though - serious it puts out enough bass! i cant stand it more than half power so for 130 quid its not bad

the total install up to yet has cost me 120 for sub, amp, box and wires
