With a lot of companies maybe mate. They said the same to me about a VTS. It will be a lot dearer not being 21+ but you'll still get insured.

No you dont have to be 21 its all about how much money you have, i got insured on the skyline when i was 20 and that was with 3 points and no years no claims! When i re insure it ill be 21 my points would have been wiped and i should (touch wood) have 1years no claims, there fore it should half!!

I know a bloke who won a lage amount of cash in a legal case, made 750K and bought a M3 at 19, insurance on fully comp was 12K he paid it for a year and downgraded to a TT quattro. Stupid money for insurance but fair play.

As said, you will get qotes with some companies, but theyre gonna be more than the car lol

you can get insured mate will cost since they are in the higher end of the insurance groups (WRX group 19) wait till ur about 22/23 and have at least 3 years NO CLAIMS under your belt...

this way they will see you as a more sensable driver ok....

!!!!!!!!!PATIENCE IS A VERTUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your mate is insured on a evo at 19????
he may well be (which is cool)
BUT!!!! it depends what model it is if its the GSR evo VI then lol thats group 20 so is the tommi makkinen edition the RS II evo VII is also group 20 the evo VIII any model are again all group 20 his insurance will be sky high (LIKE over 5K at least lmao) may aswell spend the money on a house (figure of speech of course wahahahaha) plus fuel for those cars sheesh lol not even gonna go there........

if he has the money then thats wicked but if he aint got it then dam he is a fool (no disrespect in anyway like) its just true and at that age alot of other members on here would agree.

GSR evo VI & yes his is about 5k, but he can afford it. He also owns a flat which he rents out so he doesnt need to spend it on a house.
