the car has been over heating for ages now the red light doesnt come on but fan is always on and yes2day had 2 call out aa thay sed it looks like watet pump but when i hade a look i found a leak but i dont know how it leaking from where it is marked blue in pic any one no how it leakin from there?

and how hard is it to fit a new water pump?

could be the coolant pipe near your finger mate

check the thermostat aswell mate... thats what was wrong with mine

it aint the pipe its dry its dripping out that metal bit aint to do with the thermostat just changed it thanks any ways

more than likely thermostat mate, if the heater doesnt get hot this will be you prob

thats the thing mate i just changed that and the heaters do get hot but not all the time but i dont get how its leaking from there aint air ment to go in not water lol

ive got the same problem at the moment mate. running very hot, heaters work, thermostat fine. think it must be water pump.

found out where it was leaking from was sump plug the bit in the red circal cheak it aint that mate if no leaks and i didnt think i had any then prob is pump
