canceling code??

how to enable or cancle the use of the code when strarting the engine??
the keyboard in front of the gaar knob??

you mean to enable you to start the engine without having to type in the number? with the engine running, pull out the keypad from the centre console then pull out the plug from the keypad (with the engine still running).

Ah cool cool! do you just do oposite if you want to reactivate it at a later date? Flipping thing annoys me, pritty much everyone whos gone in the car knows the code, so its only a theft prevention but they'l find another way to destroy the car anyway!
